Cancellation Policy
Hi! I’m Tiara, a passionate nail tech enthusiast dedicated to providing high-quality services in the comfort of my home-based salon. I’m so excited to pamper you—but before booking, please take a moment to review my salon policies. They’re in place to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone.
SOLO APPOINTMENTS ONLY
Please arrive alone to your appointment. I’m unable to accommodate guests, children, or plus-ones at this time.
DEPOSIT POLICY
A $25 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will go toward your final service total.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
NO-SHOW POLICY
No-shows are taken seriously. If you miss your appointment without notice, you’ll be charged 100% of the service and will no longer be able to book future appointments.
LATE POLICY
Running behind? Please text (614) 557-5090 as soon as possible. I truly understand life happens, and I appreciate open communication. However, if you are 10 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Repeated lateness (more than 2 times) or 3 cancellations will result in a ban from future bookings.
